Easter

Jesus saith unto her, touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.  John 20: 17

In accordance with the belief that our children should be brought up with an understanding of the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the sacrifice he made for our sins, and the ways of God. Helping Out People Everyday Ministries spent the entire month of April 2017 working on our Easter play "JESUS CHRIST The SON of GOD Has RISEN".  The children of HOPE Ministries learned the scriptures of  John 19:1-42 20: 1-18 and reenacted The birth of Christ, The Crucifixion of Christ, and His resurrection.  As always the enthusiasm and love our children have for God resulted in an amazing Easter Sunday Service.

Tryliyah once again did an amazing job as mother Mary.  Lynn played Jesus and truly made a sacrifice being tied to the cross for almost an hour. On either side of Jesus were the two thieves played by Marquis and Jeremiah. Our three disciples Peter, James and John were well represented by Tryon, Emmanuel and Marquis. We had two amazing angels at the tomb of Jesus played by Aaliyah and Nevaeh,talk about Pretty and Powerful!  The entire play was blessed with the most beautiful host of angels played by Tiana, Kayla, Lariyah, Tionnie, Catlin, and Aliana. We are truly Blessed to be in the presence of such talented Kids. Praise God!!!!
